THE HOLBROOK HEIGHTS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION 

The Holbrook Heights Community Association (HHCA) is comprised of 931 homes in the City of Concord, California. Member assessments are required to maintain and operate the community pool and park located at 2200 North 6th Street.  All board members are volunteers who donate their time to serve the neighborhood.

Association rules for the neighborhood mirror city ordinances. Board members do not have police authorities. If you have an emergency, please contact the appropriate authorities (Police, Fire or Neighborhood Preservation). Check out the City of Concord Website for more information.

1.  HOA MEETINGS

Homeowner Members are welcome to attend the regular monthly board meetings.  Meetings are held monthly on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse next to the pool. There is no scheduled meeting in December. The agendas for these meetings will be posted "at the pool" (well, on the message board attached to the pool fence near the sidewalk) and on this website at least 4 days before the meeting. While not common, Special Meetings can be scheduled when necessary, and with the legally required notice.

For your convenience, Homeowner Members wishing to address the board at any of these meetings can print out and fill out a "Request To Speak To The Board" form Comment Card and fax it to Mimi Hood at Bay Area Property Services or, you can email it in .pdf format before the meeting to mimi@bayservice.net .

3.  HOA DUES/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 

Each homeowner in the Holbrook Heights Community Association is responsible for payment of HOA dues. Members are billed twice yearly, but you can pre-pay the entire amount as well.

The First Installment is due January 1st and late January 30th.  The Second Installment is due July 1st and late July 30th.  Please keep us updated on your current mailing address and phone numbers so there is no delay in getting these important documents to you.
