1. BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING
HOA dues must be current, double check with Bay Area Property Services (925-746-0542 / 800-610-0757) if you are unsure.
2. FILL OUT HEALTH CARD & POOL REGISTRATION FORMS
Visit us at the pool to get these forms. Please remember every household must fill out these forms EVERY year.
NOTE: You will need ID and utility bill to register.
3. GET A KEY CARD
Electronic Key Cards are optional (as long as you have a valid Health Card and Registration Form), but at the current price of $10.00 they are a steal to access the pool during hours when staff is not present.
4. READ THE POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Read, Read, Read. Sometimes pool rules change but whatever they are you are always responsible for you and your guests.

•There is a $10 non-refundable fee
•The replacement cost is $10
•Card access key should not be given to anyone outside your immediate family as indicated on your Registration Form
•Only one key card per household will be issued
WHAT IS A FAMILY?
Holbrook Heights recognizes that families can be defined in many ways.
For the purpose of using the community pool a family is defined as "a maximum of seven people; adults, children and grandchildren" who are registered on the medical/resident information cards you fill out when you first use the pool for the season. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please attend a Board Meeting to discuss them with the Board. We want ALL member families to enjoy these facilities! |
